Job summary

Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level .NET Developer (Programmer 2) to support a large-scale .NET application in a national security environment.

You will develop and enhance C#/ASP.NET solutions while contributing to data analysis, reconciliation, consolidation, reporting, and UI development. This role requires 4+ years of C#/ASP.NET experience, strong knowledge of SQL Server and Entity Framework, and an Active Final DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of C#/ASP.NET software development experience on complex technical projects, including highly available national security systems.
• Intermediate understanding of C#/ASP.NET enterprise software architecture components and patterns.
• Intermediate understanding of ASP.NET Framework 4.0 or greater and .NET Core.
• Experience with both client-side and server-side development.
• Experience with Entity Framework.
• Experience with Visual Studio 2019+.
• Experience with object-oriented analysis and design.
• Experience with SQL Server.
• Experience with GitLab source control.
• Experience with data analysis and reconciliation.
• Experience with multi-source data integration and deduplication.
• Experience with query development and reporting.
• Experience with user interface design and development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Active Final DoD Secret Security Clearance.

This position will develop and enhance C#/ASP.NET solutions while supporting data analysis, reconciliation, consolidation, reporting, user interface development, mobile application development, and CI/CD activities.

Job Responsibilities

Support both client-side and server-side application development.

Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and consolidation.

Integrate data from multiple sources and support deduplication activities.

Analyze trends and patterns and develop queries and reports.

Design and develop user interface components.

Develop solutions using .NET Framework and .NET Core.

Work with Entity Framework and SQL Server.

Use Visual Studio 2019+ and GitLab source control.

Participate in CI/CD and Agile software delivery processes.

Apply object-oriented analysis and design principles to application development.

Minimum Qualifications
