Job summary

Archrock is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Midland, TX to support shipping, receiving, and inventory control. You will process transactions, move parts, and ensure accurate counts while maintaining safety standards and housekeeping.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, inspecting materials, preparing items for shipping, and operating forklifts and pallet jacks. You may respond to after-hours requests on an on-call basis. Archrock values safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
• Forklift operator certification.
• 2+ years warehousing and inventory experience.
• Experience with inventory management systems, preferably Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials, supplies and equipment.
• Unload trucks, inspect material for damage or defects, uncrate and assemble materials if needed.
• Prepare crates and other items to be shipped.
• Efficiently and independently process shipping / receiving / inventory transactions in computer system with minimal errors.
• Operate material handling equipment including hand truck, pallet jack, forklift, delivery vehicle, etc.
• May respond to after hours requests regularly on an on call basis.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• All employees shall be in compliance with Archrock policies and safety requirements.
