Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience required.
• Strong troubleshooting skills (electricity, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical) required.
• Good communications skills are required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate amount of weight.

Responsibilities

• The Mid-Level General Maintenance Engineer will be responsible primarily for general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting space, and front of the house areas.
• Guest room and public area entry-level preventative maintenance are included.
• The Mid-Level Engineer will also perform some repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment.
