Crowell & Moring LLP, a global Am Law 100 law firm, seeks a highly qualified mid-level Associate to join its Litigation practice group, working from its New York office. Candidates must have 2 to 4 years of litigation experience from an Am Law 100 law firm, ideally in commercial and financial services litigation.

Federal clerkship and NY State court experience are preferred. All candidates should have excellent credentials as well as highly developed organization, writing and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of litigation experience from an Am Law 100 law firm.
• Experience in commercial and financial services litigation preferred.
• Federal clerkship and NY State court experience preferred.
• Must be a member in good standing of the New York State Bar.
