Duties:

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic legal advice.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates, ensuring quality and accuracy in work products.
• Collaborate with experts to gather necessary information for cases.
• Assist in fact development and manage depositions.
• Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.
• Contribute to the development of case strategies by analyzing complex legal issues.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from a nationally recognized institution with strong academic credentials.
• Admission to practice in Florida.
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, ideally gained at an AmLaw 100 firm.
• A scientific background (MD, MPH, PharmD, or Epidemiology degree) is required.
• Experience in product liability and/or complex commercial litigation, particularly in the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors.

Education:

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic credentials.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Florida Bar.
