Roles & Responsibilities

Mid‑level litigation associates will work on copyright, trademark, trade secret, consumer class action, and complex commercial litigation cases. They will collaborate with colleagues across offices to support clients’ litigation needs.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in copyright, trademark, trade secret, consumer class action, and/or complex commercial litigation.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Bar admission in the state of the office, or eligibility to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $260,000 – $390,000. Salary may vary based on qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and location.
