Responsibilities

• Manage internal project teams and external relationships with clients and subconsultants across a range of project types from master planning to construction documentation.
• Develop and coordinate facets of project design from conceptual design through implementation (sketches, visuals, 3D models, renderings).
• Oversee construction documentation, bidding, and construction administration.
• Participate in marketing and business development, including proposals and interviews, and building subconsultant teams.

Salary Range: $86,000.00 To $100,000.00 Annually

What you’ll do:

• Manage internal project teams and external relationships with clients and subconsultants for a wide range of project types from master planning and conceptual design through construction documentation.
• Develop and coordinate facets of project design from conceptual design (sketches, illustrative graphics, 3D-Models, renderings) through implementation
• Oversee construction documentation, bidding, and construction administration.
• Participate in marketing and business development efforts. Contribute to crafting proposals and interviewing for new work including building subconsultant teams, contribute to developing work plans, writing project approach and understandings, scope-of-work documents and contracts.

Experience and Education:

• A Professional Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
• Licensed in the State of California or ability to obtain license within 1 year.
• 7+ years of experience.
• Demonstrated experience across design phases from concept to construction documentation and administration.
• Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Marketing and Business Development acumen.
