Qualifications

• Professional degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
• Licensed in California or eligible to obtain within 1 year.
• 7+ years of landscape architecture experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Marketing and business development acumen.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal project teams and client/subconsultant relationships from master planning to construction documents.
• Develop and coordinate design from concept sketches through 3D models and renderings.
• Oversee construction documentation, bidding, and administration.
• Participate in marketing, proposals, and interview activities for new work.

Salary Range: $86,000.00 To $100,000.00 Annually

What you’ll do:

• Manage internal project teams and external relationships with clients and subconsultants for a wide range of project types from master planning and conceptual design through construction documentation.
• Develop and coordinate facets of project design from conceptual design (sketches, illustrative graphics, 3D-Models, renderings) through implementation
• Oversee construction documentation, bidding, and construction administration.
• Participate in marketing and business development efforts. Contribute to crafting proposals and interviewing for new work including building subconsultant teams, contribute to developing work plans, writing project approach and understandings, scope-of-work documents and contracts.

Experience and Education:

• A Professional Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
• Licensed in the State of California or ability to obtain license within 1 year.
• 7+ years of experience.
• Demonstrated experience across design phases from concept to construction documentation and administration.
• Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Marketing and Business Development acumen.
