Job Summary:

Labcorp is a leading global life sciences company committed to improving health through science. They are seeking an experienced Product Owner to enhance the Labcorp patient experience by leading the development and market launch of innovative patient-facing applications, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with customer needs and operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead bringing roadmap features to life by detailing the experience in the UX design, customer experience flows and user stories.

• Effectively collaborate with all stakeholders in the development of designs including business stakeholders, UX, development, marketing.

• Engage in frequent communication with business stakeholders to understand problem statements and making recommendations. Be able to explain gaps and technical concepts for an often nontechnical audience.

• Understanding of patient journeys and ability to analyze and identify opportunities based on metrics and voice of customer.

• Conduct market research to inform the product design understanding competitive features and opportunities to leap frog Labcorp’s position.

• Ability to write and groom user stories targeted to improve the user experience and drive specific outcomes

• Work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical team, facilitating cross-department communication.

• Serve as the main information resource for feature definition and scope specific questions.

• Contribute to KPI development and ensure appropriate mechanisms are implemented to measure product performance and customer satisfaction.

• Stay apprised of the latest technologies and innovations in web/mobile application technologies and online video.

• Consistently meet agreed-upon deadlines or escalate issues, concerns and barriers to key project leaders. Be a force in driving value to market at an accelerated pace.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 4+ years of experience in a Product Owner role working with complex digital products.

• Keen understanding and experience of product engineering and product management process using agile methodology.

• Entrepreneurial drive and ability to work at a fast pace.

• Critical thinking and decision making skills based on experience, metrics and insights.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to present technical and non-technical information clearly and concisely.

• Highly skilled at facilitation, negotiation and conflict resolution.

• Broad technical exposure with the ability to learn new technology tools and concepts quickly.

• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies is required.

• Experience with project life-cycle management tools such as Confluence and JIRA.

• Must be able and willing to travel as required (< 10%)

• Bachelor's degree required

Preferred:

• Experience in healthcare, consumer solutions are highly preferred.
