Duties
  • Litigate complex patent and trade secret cases in federal courts
  • Draft legal pleadings, motions, memoranda, and other litigation documents
  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to IP disputes
  • Participate in discovery, including depositions and working with experts
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop litigation strategies
  • Prepare for and support trial, arbitration, or mediation proceedings
  • Mentor junior associates and contribute to knowledge sharing
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in IP litigation, including significant patent or trade secret casework
  • Experience working on litigation matters involving hardware, software, or similar technologies
  • Ability to manage assignments independently and work collaboratively in a team
  • Admitted to the bar in the state corresponding to the office location or eligible for admission
Education
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with strong academic performance
  • Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields (required):
