Celestar Corporation is seeking a Mid-level Intelligence Operation Specialist (IOS) to support United States Special Operations Command CENTRAL (USSOCCENT), primarily located at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• The Contractor shall provide Intelligence Operation Specialists (IOS) to assist and coordinate planning, organizing, integrating, and completing technical projects within the military intelligence functional area.
• IOSs shall research and understand regulatory and procedural requirements pertaining to program requirements and will make recommendations as required.
• IOSs shall schedule training and maintain records related to Intelligence Force Management programs.
• Assist and coordinate conferences and various meetings/engagements for the program by preparing agendas, developing a list of participants, notifying attendees, recording minutes, preparing summaries, and distributing them.
• Receive and review program packets for submission and track application packets through the process to ensure timely completion.

Required Qualifications/Skills

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 8 years of intelligence analyst or intelligence operations experience is highly desirable.
• Minimum of two (2) years of Intelligence Force Management or Targeting Officer experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to work well in a team environment or independently with little or no supervision.
• Former military experience is highly desirable but not required.
• Prior SOF experience or significant knowledge of special operations is desirable.
• Proficiency in utilizing intelligence-related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
• Security Clearance: Top-Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
