Celestar Corporation is seeking a Mid-level Intelligence Management Specialist (Conference Center Support) supporting the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Directorate of Intelligence (J2) located at MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida and at a variety of other locations throughout CONUS/OCONUS and the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI with Poly Security Clearance

Responsibilities:

  1. The Contractor shall research, support development of, and prepare intelligence assessments in formats approved by DIA/CENTCOM, meet or exceed DIA/CENTCOM quality and tradecraft standards, and provide products within mutually agreed upon timelines.
  2. Provides a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities.
  3. Activities include, but are not limited to, reviewing documents for accuracy and responding to staff requests on accessing, coordinating, consolidating or formatting; assisting with administration and management of RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings; preparing correspondence and other documents needed to support the management of the program and associated activities; creating read-ahead documents, coordinating with security to ensure guests have appropriate access, and building read ahead books or material for official functions and meetings; and providing cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support.
  4. The Contractor shall conduct pre-event planning; support event execution to include furniture configuration changes and flag placement; administer calendar of events; maintain and operate audio-visual and information technology-related systems; collect post-event feedback via survey; track room utilization for historical comparison and budget forecasting for the Joint Intelligence Operations Center Central (JIOCCENT) Conference Center.
  5. This task requires customer service support M-F, 06:00-16:30.

Required Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Desired Education: Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
