Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Mid Level Structural Designer to contribute to industrial, food and beverage, federal, and miscellaneous facility projects. The role involves drafting, 3D modeling in Revit, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to meet client expectations.

You will participate in QA/QC processes, work within internal CAD/BIM standards, and grow technically within a supportive environment. On-site Idaho Meridian location with comprehensive onboarding and project exposure.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of structural design and 3D modeling experience in Revit.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings.
• Strong prioritization, deadlines management, and adaptability in dynamic projects.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and apply solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support structural design of new buildings, renovations and expansions.
• Produce detailed drafting for industrial structural steel systems including supports and racks.
• Apply CAD/BIM standards ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and own project goals.
• Participate in QA/QC processes delivering high-quality work.
