Responsibilities:

• Thorough understanding of highway and street geometric design
• Leading the development of plans, specifications, and estimates for transportation projects
• Experience working with PennDOT and PA municipal clients
• Ability to develop plans from conceptual design through final horizontal and vertical alignments, cross-sections, grading, drainage, and utility relocations
• Understanding of construction processes, including temporary traffic control and staging plans

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of highway engineering experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; focus on Transportation or Land Development preferred
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Experience with PennDOT and/or PA municipal clients is a plus
• Proficiency with MicroStation, InRoads, and OpenRoads
