  • Familiarity with health privacy laws is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance privacy compliance programs, including governance structures and risk assessments.
  • Advise clients on legal implications of data uses and flows.
  • Negotiate agreements, including HIPAA business associate and data processing agreements.
  • Support client counseling on privacy issues in product development and research.
  • Manage workstreams and participate in client calls and presentations.
