Job summary

Glass House Group is seeking a dynamic Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. You will own projects across packaging, print, POS, digital, social, email, and collateral, partnering with cross-functional teams to bring brand strategy to life.

Reporting to the Art Director, you will translate briefs into on-brand concepts, manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to evolving brand guidelines with a strong emphasis on typography and production

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience (in-house or agency).
• Strong portfolio across print and digital design, including independent projects.
• Strong hand-drawn illustration skills for packaging, branding, and assets.
• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects and XD a plus.
• Attention to detail with typography, color, hierarchy, and printing techniques.
• Knowledge of production design, prepress, and file building to spec.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Art Director to independently execute a wide range of graphic design projects, from concept through final production.
• Execute packaging and labeling updates in collaboration with brand and supply chain teams, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Translate creative briefs into polished, on-brand visual concepts that align with strategic business goals and resonate with consumers.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, including quick-turnaround requests, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders and external partners, flagging risks and maintaining quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Proof all creative work and help establish quality-control best practices for the team.
• Monitor design and industry trends, bringing fresh ideas into brainstorming and planning sessions.
• Contribute to and help refine brand guidelines as they evolve.
