Job summary

Wintermeyer Ventures is seeking a software engineer to help build and ship full-stack features across frontend, backend, and DevOps. You will develop systems that automate complex data management and infrastructure workflows, and participate in customer conversations to shape products.

You will work in a fast-moving startup-like environment, collaborating with a small team and owning work from problem definition to delivery. Visa sponsorship is available for this role.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of software engineering experience shipping enterprise features.
• Experience with complex systems beyond consumer apps.
• Startup or high-growth experience, plus contractor/consulting experience.
• Hands-on with React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Remix, and AWS.

About the Role

Join a small engineering team building complex data migration infrastructure for enterprise customers. You will work across the stack, help shape product decisions, and build resilient solutions for evolving systems.

What We're Looking For

• Three or more years of software engineering experience, with experience shipping enterprise products or features end-to-end.
• Experience working with complex systems beyond consumer applications or simple products.
• Experience at a startup or in a high-growth company, as well as contractor or consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Remix, and AWS.
• Comfort working across the full stack in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $150,000 to $225,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Remote within the United States, with New York, New York as the primary location.
