VivSoft is seeking a Mid-Level Software Developer to design, build, and sustain modern enterprise web apps in a mission-driven setting. You’ll work on front-end components and Node.js services, delivering sprint stories through design, development, testing, peer review, and release.

Expect collaboration in an Agile team, strong emphasis on secure coding, accessibility, and quality. The role requires full-stack capabilities, CI/CD participation, and mentoring of junior developers.

Competenze

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience developing enterprise web apps (front-end and service layer).
• Experience with Angular/React/Vue or similar front-end frameworks.
• Strong TypeScript/JavaScript/HTML5/CSS skills.
• Node.js proficiency and RESTful APIs experience.
• SQL and relational DB experience.
• Git-based version control and code reviews.
• Experience in automated unit tests and CI/CD pipelines.
• Secure coding, performance, and accessibility considerations.
• Agile/Scrum development with sprint commitments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable suitability for a moderate-risk Public Trust position.
• Support core hours 8:00 AM–4:30 PM ET with occasional after-hours support.

Mansioni

• Develop, test, enhance, and maintain modern front-end components and Node.js back-end services.
• Analyze requirements and translate into technical designs and tasks.
• Develop, integrate, and support RESTful APIs and system integrations.
• Write secure, maintainable code per standards and OWASP guidance.
• Identify and remediate vulnerabilities via CI/CD pipelines.
