Cosco Fire Protection, Inc. in the Tri-Cities area of Washington is seeking a Mid-Level Fire Sprinkler Designer to join our growing design team. You will use CAD to develop routine layouts, prepare submittals, and help coordinate with MEP teams to ensure efficient field installation.

Responsibilities include hydraulic calculations, shop drawings, and ensuring compliance with NFPA codes and project specs. NICET II or progress toward certification is preferred, with RevIt/NavisWorks experience

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years experience in Fire Protection Design.
• Experience with AutoCad & Fire Sprinkler Design Software.
• Revit, NavisWorks, Auto-Cad, HydraCad, and AutoSprink a plus.
• Knowledge of NFPA codes and standards.

Aufgaben

• Develop shop drawings, hydraulic calculations, and stock lists with NFPA/local code compliance and project specs.
• Complete accurate field surveys when needed.
• Coordinate shop drawings with MEP team and General Contractor using NavisWorks.
• Develop submittal packages for AHJ/Contractors and obtain approvals.
• Purchase material, review change orders, generate RFIs, and maintain project schedules.
