Job summary

Ignite Digital Services seeks an Analyst I to support a Navy Business Management contract across multiple Navy locations, including Millington, TN. You will contribute to data-driven operations, analysis, and risk initiatives, collaborating with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes quantitative analysis, process improvement, and mission-focused support, with eligibility for a DoD Secret clearance upon hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, business, engineering, social sciences, physical/applied sciences, or related management field.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required upon hiring.
• 10 years of experience supporting DoW projects.
• Experience in data analysis, statistical analysis, financial analysis, ERM, RPA, marketing and public affairs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data, statistical, and financial analysis to support operations, manpower forecasting, and decision-making.
• Assist in Enterprise Risk Management activities, including risk identification and mitigation tracking.
• Support Robotic Process Automation initiatives, including requirements and workflow documentation.
• Provide marketing and public affairs support for business management activities.
• Develop and refine program documentation, tracking tools, reports, and briefing materials.
• Evaluate and improve business processes to align with Navy mission needs.
• Support PPBE and Navy POM activities as required at the task order level.
• Collaborate with government personnel and Ignite Digital teammates to deliver high-quality products.

Ignite Digital Services is seeking an Analyst I to support an awarded U.S. Navy Business Management contract focused on future manning requirements across multiple Navy locations-including the National Capital Region, Millington TN, San Diego CA, San Antonio TX, Jacksonville FL, New Orleans LA, and Pensacola FL.

The Analyst I will contribute to data-driven business operations, assisting with analytical assessments, financial evaluations, and enterpriselevel risk and automation initiatives. The selected candidate may work in either government or contractor facilities, supporting diverse mission priorities and collaborating with senior government stakeholders, program teams, and cross-functional partners.

This position provides an exceptional opportunity to support Navy readiness and modernization efforts through quantitative analysis, process improvement, and riskinformed insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct data analysis, statistical analysis, and financial analysis to support business operations, manpower forecasting, and organizational decision-making.
• Assist in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) activities, including identifying risks, assessing impacts, and tracking mitigation strategies.
• Support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives, including requirements development, workflow documentation, and process evaluation.
• Provide support for marketing and public affairs communication tasks related to business management activities.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of program documentation, tracking tools, reports, and briefing materials.
• Assist with the evaluation and improvement of business processes to improve operational efficiency and alignment to Navy mission needs.
• Perform research and analysis to support Federal Budget Process, Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE), and Navy Program Objective Memorandum (POM) activities as required at the task order level.
• Work collaboratively with government personnel and Ignite Digital teammates to deliver high-quality, timely products.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines: Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Law, Engineering, Social Sciences, Physical/Applied Sciences, or a management discipline (e.g., Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management Information Technology).
• Master's degree in a related field may be preferred at the task order level.

Experience:

• 10 years of experience supporting DoW projects.

Salary: 110k+ to align with education and experience.
