The role requires a JD/LLB, 4+ years of relevant experience, and strong communication and analytical skills. You will work with business units, manage budgets, and leverage AI-enabled research tools as needed.

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in relevant jurisdictions.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in a specialized area of law.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Excellent legal research, analytical abilities, and ability to work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform broad and moderately complex legal assignments in the area of FERC regulations and policies.
• Assist more experienced attorneys in representing Exelon in agency proceedings and related litigation.
• Advise clients on legal and FERC compliance matters.
