The team regularly advises on plan design, implementation, compliance, fiduciary obligations, corporate transactions, and tax-related issues affecting employee benefit arrangements. The practice is particularly recognized for its experience with ESOPs, executive compensation programs, retirement plans, and benefits and compensation-related aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
