• The Nelson Mullins Venture Capital and Technology Team advises companies, founders, management teams, and investors in entrepreneurial ventures, as well as emerging and growth stage companies in corporate and financing matters.
• The team's work covers legal and business needs across all growth stages, encompassing formation, early funding, employment, tax, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and mergers and acquisitions transactions from formation through exit.
