The role offers the opportunity to oversee team planning, daily operations, and end-to-end email execution, collaborating with a larger B2C marketing team to drive KPIs and manage day-to-day tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Email executionCoordinate email campaign execution, from planning to design to launch.
  • Day-to-Day operationsDrive email program operations, including sprint planning, timeline management, milestones, and dependencies
  • Measurement -Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.
  • Documentation & reportingMaintain up-to-date documentation; share regular reporting on deployments, prioritization, and other updates from the email channel team.
  • Act as the point of communication with stakeholders, including keeping campaigns on time, communicating blockers, discuss improvements.
  • Gather input and relevant information to share across the email channel program.

Candidate Requirements
- Years of Experience Required: 5-7 years
- Degrees or Certifications Required: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or comparable experience.

Best vs. Average: Strong demonstrated experience in email marketing is more valuable than certifications like PMP. strong familiarity with B2C email marketing and project management tools is essential. MSFT experience nice to have.

Performance Indicators: Performance is measured by campaign launches per month, maintaining meetings, and managing roadmaps.

Skills:

  • Strong familiarity with B2C email marketing.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and agile workflows.
  • Experience working in Figma.
  • Comfortable with data analysis, and campaign measurement.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
  • Can juggle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage ones time.
