Qualifications

• IPC-WHMA-A-620 certification (required).
• IPC-J-STD-001 preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in electronics/assembly.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with warehouse/manufacturing processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble cable harnesses and electronic components per work orders and drawings.
• Build cable harnesses, interpret drawings, and perform quality checks.
• Cut, sort, color-code, measure, crimp, solder, and route wire and related materials.
• Operate tools: wire strippers, crimpers, soldering irons, heat guns.
• Read and follow wire harness assembly instructions.
• Prepare materials and tooling for work and perform hand assembly as directed.
• Conduct functional and continuity tests and visual/dimensional inspections.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
