Job summary

RWC Group is seeking skilled Mid-Level Diesel Technicians in Florida to grow diagnostic abilities, perform increasingly complex repairs, and advance toward Journeyman status. You’ll work on commercial trucks and buses with OEM training and strong career development.

You’ll diagnose and repair diesel systems, perform preventative maintenance, and document work while collaborating with Service Advisors and customers. ASE and OEM training are valued.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of diesel/heavy truck repair experience.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and routine repairs.
• Developing diagnostic skills and commitment to quality workmanship.
• ASE certifications or OEM training are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and general mechanical repairs.
• Diagnose and repair diesel engines, brakes, suspension, steering, electrical, HVAC, fuel, and drivetrains.
• Utilize OEM diagnostic software and electronic service information.
• Complete repairs according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Perform operational checks and road tests when authorized.
• Maintain repair documentation and communicate findings with Service Advisors and customers.
• Assist Apprentice Technicians and develop your own expertise.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized work environment.
