The firm advises major financial institutions, direct lenders, private equity sponsors, and borrowers on complex, multijurisdictional financing transactions. This is a premier opportunity for attorneys with at least four years of substantive experience in debt finance, particularly in syndicated lending, acquisition/leveraged finance, and private credit.

Draft, review, and negotiate commitment letters, term sheets, loan and security documents, and related ancillary agreements
Prepare issues lists, summary grids, and client-facing summaries
Manage deal teams and processes from structuring to post-closing
Conduct legal research and due diligence as needed
Serve as primary point of contact for clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams
Provide legal support for post-closing matters, amendments, and ongoing compliance
Mentor junior attorneys and support staff
Participate in training, continuing legal education, and business development initiatives
Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent international legal degree from an accredited law school
At least 4 years of experience handling debt finance transactions
Strong background in any of the following: sponsored finance, leveraged finance, fund finance, syndicated lending, or private credit
Bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills
Proven experience handling complex, high-value transactions
Ability to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Fluency in English required; Spanish language skills a plus
Commercial acumen and business awareness
Strong leadership and organizational skills
