Job summary

Boeing BI&A in Annapolis Junction, MD seeks a Mid Level Database Engineer to contribute to cutting-edge RF and data systems. You will design, develop, and optimize database solutions, ensuring scalable storage, efficient querying and reliable data retrieval across cloud-enabled architectures.

The ideal candidate has five years of DBE experience, a technical bachelor's degree, and TS/SCI with Poly. On-site work is required, with collaboration across government-focused programs and teams.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years experience as a DBE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
• Four (4) years of additional DBE experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement and maintain database solutions.
• Develop relational and/or OO databases and parsing/loading software.
• Translate requirements into ad hoc queries and scripts using SQL/ODBC.
• Plan long-range database administration and design requirements.
