Our standard benefits include 3 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO), which includes sick leave. Unused PTO will be issued as a check at the end of an employee's anniversary. We also provide 2 floating and 8 public holidays. Floating and public holidays expire at the end of each year of service. The company covers 50% of health and dental insurances for all full-time employees; dependents can be added at extra cost. Coverage begins after 30 days or the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Employees must complete all paperwork within the first 30 days. We also provide Short-Term Disability (STD), Long-Term Disability (LTD), and a one-time salary equivalent of life insurance at no cost. Full-time employees or W-2 employees without benefits are eligible to participate in the company's 401(k) plan after 90 days, with a 4% company match and immediate vesting. All W-2 employees are also eligible for profit sharing, with no employee contributions required.
