KBR is seeking a mid-level Data Scientist to join the KBR team in support of a Science and Engineering Technical Support contract for the United States Space Force (USSF). This is a full-time position requiring availability for on-site access to the Aerospace complex in El Segundo CA.
The Space Systems Command (SSC) Space Systems Integration Office (SSIO) Space Enterprise Integration Model team is looking for an energetic and innovative Data Scientist to work with Model-based System Engineers to support data analysis, extracting data from models, developing custom scripts, dashboards and visualizations. The candidate will work side by side with SSC personnel in the performance of engineering-related tasks applying critical thinking concerning solutions to current threat environments for National Security Space (NSS) customers.
This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance. The successful candidate must also be clearable to SAP.
Location: On-site Travel Requirements: Minimal Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Basic Compensation: $135-150k The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
