Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in New York, NY is seeking a mid level Commercial Real Estate Associate to join its dynamic real estate team. You will handle acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and development matters from day one, working closely with partners on sophisticated transactions.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of CRE experience, admission to the New York Bar, and a willingness to be in the office five days a week.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of commercial real estate experience at a law firm.
• Experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, and financings across multiple CRE asset classes.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and JV agreements.
• Proven ability to manage title, survey, environmental, and zoning due diligence processes.
• Admission to practice in New York and willingness to be in office 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Structure and execute acquisitions, dispositions, and financings across diverse CRE asset classes
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, commercial leases, and joint venture agreements
• Lead and manage due diligence, including title, survey, environmental, and zoning reviews
• Advise on development projects from entitlement stage through completion alongside cross practice teams
• Support day to day operational real estate matters, including lease amendments, assignments, subleases, and tenant issues
