Fox Rothschild has an opening in the San Francisco office for a Mid-Level Corporate Associate to join our dynamic team and handle a broad range of corporate, commercial, and transactional matters. This attorney will work on business transactional matters, including outside general counsel matters for corporations and pass-through entities, commercial contracts, entity governance, ownership transition, entity formations and financings, and with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions transactions.
The ideal candidate will have at least four to six years of experience at a large law firm, practicing in a sophisticated legal environment, and will have an interest in supporting senior attorneys and a desire and aptitude to work closely with clients, while developing a practice. We are not currently accepting resumes from search firms for this position.
Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of California.
