Job summary

Dubak Electrical Group LLC is seeking a mid-level Controls Engineer to design, develop, and maintain control systems for manufacturing and automation processes. The role includes PLC programming, HMI development, electrical design, and system validation on client sites.

Ideal candidates have 2–8 years of experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and within project teams. Compensation is tied to experience and demonstrated competency.

Qualifications

• Degree or certification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Mid-level experience, typically 2–8 years, based on demonstrated technical competency and independence
• Experience in integrated controls system solutions for manufacturing systems
• Experience or knowledge in HMI programming (Allen Bradley / Rockwell)

Responsibilities

• Independently executes design, programming, and commissioning tasks
• Owns subsystems or small projects
• Regular client and field interaction
• Writes technical scope of work and estimation for small controls projects
• Develop, procure, and track control system bill of materials
• Design and review electrical schematics and control panel layouts
• Develop automation strategies for manufacturing processes
• Travel approximately 30–50% as required
