Job summary

Tenica and Associates LLC in Chantilly, VA is seeking an Acquisition Support Professional at the Intermediate level to support the full acquisition lifecycle for a government customer. This role requires active TS/SCI with CI Poly and provides contracting support in accordance with FAR, NAM, and DoD/NRO policies.

Responsibilities include advising COTRs, supporting pre- and post-award activities, conducting evaluations, and maintaining contract files and invoices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or
• Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or
• Equivalent education and experience supporting IC or DoD environments

Responsibilities

• Possess working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), NRO Acquisition Manual (NAM), and source selection processes
• Act as a business advisor to Contracting Officer’s Technical Representatives (COTRs) on acquisition strategies, contract types, and contracting methods
• Support pre-award activities including acquisition plans, contract documentation, proposal evaluations, and cost/price analysis
• Support industry communications and development of negotiation positions
• Coordinate required reviews and approvals
• Support post-award contract administration and execution
• Process and track invoices and requests for contract actions
• Maintain contract files and acquisition databases
• Support compliance reviews and assist in resolving contract performance issues
• Prepare contract status reports and documentation for Government leadership
