Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience designing, planning, and integrating cloud computing systems.
• Solid cloud computing skills in at least one major platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience resolving technical problems of moderate scope involving multiple factors.
• Familiarity with cloud networking, storage, and compute services.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal public trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer cloud infrastructure for the enterprise Common Operating Environment on a daily basis.
• Resolve incident tickets of moderate complexity, analyzing a variety of contributing factors.
• Design and plan cloud computing solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Integrate cloud services with existing on-premises and hybrid infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve cloud service disruptions.
• Document technical solutions, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
• Support capacity monitoring and recommend scaling adjustments.

This role involves managing cloud infrastructure, resolving incidents, and delivering technical solutions of moderate complexity within an enterprise Common Operating Environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and administer cloud infrastructure for the enterprise Common Operating Environment on a daily basis

Resolve incident tickets of moderate complexity, analyzing a variety of contributing factors

Design and plan cloud computing solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

AWS Solutions Architect Associate, Azure Administrator (AZ-104), or equivalent

Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)

Familiarity with federal compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, FISMA)
