Penn E&R, Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineer or Environmental Engineer to support civil/ESC permitting and lead project design efforts.

The Mansfield/Wellsboro, PA office will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on environmental remediation, stormwater, and regulatory compliance projects. Ideal candidates have a BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering and 5–15 years of field experience, with strong writing and communication skills.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
• 5–15 years of field-related experience.
• Strong writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and design projects on-time and on-budget.
• Coordinate with engineers, CAD, survey personnel and geologists.
• Execute engineering and environmental tasks under the direction of a Regional Manager.
• Support civil/ESC permitting workflows and regulatory compliance.
• Foster site safety and strong client service.
