Goodyear is seeking a Mid-Level Automotive Technician to gain hands-on experience in one of our Auto Service centers. You will diagnose mechanical issues, perform routine maintenances, and execute brake repairs with a focus on quality and guest satisfaction.

This is an on-site role in Warren, MI, with strong training support and clear pathways for advancement. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, learning braking systems, alignments, diagnostics, and electrical systems while delivering

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 18 years old.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Preferred ASE Certification.

Responsibilities

  • Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics and problem-solving.
  • Carry out brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventative maintenance, wheel alignments and tire installation.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior automotive technicians.
  • Document all work performed on the repair order and report safety issues to management.
