Position: Mid-Level Automotive Technician

Shift Information:

Stores may operate 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays, depending on location.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of automotive experience, including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventive maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and minimum age of 18.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• ASE Certification.
• Experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests.
• Experience with electrical systems, air conditioning, and fuel ignition.

Skills and Learning Opportunities:

• Performing line technician services, inspections, diagnostics, brake repairs, fluid exchanges, wheel alignments, and tire installation.
• Providing excellent guest service with clear communication.
• Mentoring junior technicians.
• Documenting work accurately and reporting safety issues.
• Promoting teamwork and adhering to safety and company policies.
• Manual tasks including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.
