General Description:

As a Mid-Level Automotive Technician, you'll gain hands-on experience in a Just Tires center by diagnosing technical issues with mechanical aptitude and delivering outstanding service. You'll work with brakes, alignments, and stay current with automotive industry changes. We encourage you to invest in your success as you invest in ours; apply today!

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Performing line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
• Including brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventative maintenance, wheel alignments, and tire installation
• Providing excellent customer service through clear communication and feedback about vehicles
• Guiding and mentoring junior automotive technicians
• Documenting all work on repair orders
• Reporting safety issues immediately to management
• Promoting teamwork to ensure timely and accurate guest care
• Maintaining adherence to company policies on vehicle care and operation
• Performing manual tasks, including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting, for extended periods

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience, including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance
• Valid driver's license
• Must be at least 18 years old
• No relocation assistance offered
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• ASE Certification
• Experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests
• Experience with electrical systems, air conditioning, and fuel ignition systems
