Shift Information:

Stores may operate 7 days a week, including weekends and some holidays, depending on location.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of automotive experience, including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and minimum age of 18.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• ASE Certification.
• Experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests.
• Electrical, air conditioning, and fuel system experience.

Skills and Learning Opportunities:

• Performing routine inspections, diagnostics, brake repairs, fluid exchanges, wheel alignments, and tire installation.
• Providing excellent guest service and clear communication.
• Mentoring junior technicians.
• Documenting work accurately and adhering to safety protocols.
• Manual tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.
