About the Role

As a Mid‑Level Automotive Technician at Goodyear, you will diagnose technical issues and deliver outstanding service in an automotive service center. The role requires mechanical aptitude, customer service skills, and adherence to safety and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, and problem‑solving.
• Brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventative maintenance, wheel alignments, and tire installation.
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication and feedback.
• Document all work performed on repair orders and report safety issues.
• Mentor junior automotive technicians and promote teamwork.
• Adhere strictly to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
• Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year automotive experience, including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and minimum age of 18.

Preferred Qualifications
