Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventive maintenance.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics and problem-solving, brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventive maintenance, wheel alignments, and tire installation.
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles; mentor junior technicians.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
• Report safety issues to management immediately to maintain a safe workplace.
• Promote teamwork to meet repair times and ensure accurate guest care during operating hours.
• Adhere strictly to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting tires and wheels.

Depending on location, our stores may be open 7 days a week, which may include weekends and some holidays
