Pay and Benefits

• Pay range: $18.00 - $20.50/hr (base pay may vary by experience and location).

Shift Information

Store hours are 7 days a week, including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform line technician services, routine inspections and maintenance, diagnostic testing, brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, preventive maintenance, wheel alignments, and tire installation.
• Provide clear communication and feedback on guest vehicles, ensuring excellent guest service.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
• Report safety issues to management immediately.
• Promote teamwork to deliver timely and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Adhere strictly to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
• Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience, including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventive maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and at least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• ASE Certification.
• Previous experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests.
• Experience with electrical, air conditioning, and primary and advanced fuel ignition systems.
