Job summary

Dev Technology Group seeks a Mid-Level Manual/Automation Tester to lead testing efforts on a government-focused system. You will work in an Agile team testing web and API solutions, create automated UI/API tests with Selenium, and support CI/CD integration.

The role emphasizes collaboration with BAs, stakeholders, and Tier III support to drive quality and security across the project. You will contribute to test strategies, develop data and processes, and participate in Agile ceremonies while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years testing web/cloud apps, Java/C#/.NET preferred.
• At least 2 years manual testing and 3 years automation testing.
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver, JUnit, and Cucumber.
• Proficiency in Java or Python for test scripts and frameworks.
• Strong Jira, test planning, and API testing with Postman.
• SQL querying to verify test results; CI/CD integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead manual and automated testing across UI and services/API.
• Create automated test suites for web-based systems using Selenium.
• Perform integration, regression and UAT testing with teams.
• Develop test strategies and ensure coverage with stakeholders.
• Support data creation, test data, and CI pipeline integration.
• Document strategies and results; maintain knowledge base.
• Provide Tier III support and triage system issues.
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies and refine User Stories with BA team.
