Job summary

Carvana seeks Auto Painters with a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive painting experience to join our team. As a Mid-Level Painter, you will match/mix paint colors and use water-based paint in our advanced paint booths.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• May require Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment with exposure to weather conditions.
• Use of safety equipment such as face shields, goggles, non-slip shoes and gloves.

Responsibilities

• Match/mix paint color and apply water-based paint in Carvana's paint booths.
• Paint vehicles inside the booths to meet quality standards.
• Prepare vehicles for painting and perform finishing touches and buffing as needed.
• Participate in training programs if joining at entry level to progress skills and pay.
