Job summary

Carvana is seeking an Auto Painter with a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive painting experience to join our growing team. As a Mid-Level Painter, you’ll be responsible for matching/mixing paint colors and applying water-based paint inside our state-of-the-art booths.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional automotive painting experience.
• Ability to match/mix paint colors.
• Experience with water-based paints and paint booths.
• Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Paint vehicles in our booths using water-based paints.
• Match and mix paint colors to achieve required finishes.
• Work overtime as needed to meet delivery targets.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and organization in the paint area.
