A highly regarded plaintiff-side personal injury law firm is seeking a skilled Mid-Level Associate Attorney to join its litigation team in Miami, Florida. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of personal injury litigation experience, strong oral and written advocacy skills, and the ability to independently manage a caseload from intake through trial or settlement. Duties:

  1. Handle all phases of personal injury litigation from intake through trial
  2. Conduct pre-suit evaluations and case inspections
  3. Draft and file complaints, pleadings, and motions
  4. Conduct and defend depositions
  5. Attend court hearings, mediations, and trials
  6. Engage in legal research and draft legal memoranda
  7. Collaborate with partners, paralegals, and support staff to develop case strategies
  8. Maintain and manage a full litigation caseload

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of litigation experience, specifically in personal injury law
  • Proven ability to manage cases independently
  • Experience with both state and federal court procedures preferred
  • Familiarity with maritime law is a plus
  • Strong work ethic and dedication to client service

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:
