Celestar Corporation is seeking a Mid-level All-Source Analyst, Common Intelligence Picture Managers (CIP) supporting the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Directorate of Intelligence (J2), located at MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida, and at various other locations throughout CONUS/OCONUS and the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). Period of Performance: 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years

Location: CENTCOM HQ on MacDill AFB (Tampa, FL)

Responsibilities

• Update objects of interest within the CIP using advanced tactical data processors (TDP) and OMS.
• Provide near-real-time Intelligence & Warning (I&W) to JOC leadership during routine operations.
• Deliver EEI and RFI inputs directly to J2 and Commanders during crisis and kinetic operations, leveraging multiple TDPs and accessing GEOINT and SIGINT databases.
• Provide advanced analytics and timely responses to operational intelligence requirements.

Required Experience: At least 8 years of relevant analysis experience, with recent experience within the last 2 years.

Desired Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
