Weeghman & Briggs is seeking a Mid-Level AI/ML Analyst in Huntsville, AL to support mission-critical government programs. This onsite role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and a full-time commitment, with start on a newly awarded contract anticipated to begin in early 2027.

You will analyze requirements, translate them into actionable AI/ML solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance with contract and security standards.

Qualificações

What You\'ll Do

What You Bring

• Experience supporting government or DoD programs
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML analysis, model evaluations, adversarial AI, statistical analysis, mathematical modeling, simulation, and technical intelligence writing
• Minimum 8 years with a Bachelor\'s degree related to the labor category

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting MSIC and DIA programs
• Agile, cloud, or modernization experience
• Background in weapons-platform AI, autonomy/counter-autonomy, AI testing/evaluation, red teaming, or model robustness
