Ronexa in New York is seeking a mid-level AI Automations Engineer to design and implement AI-powered automation solutions on our orchestration platform. You will leverage LLMs, RAG systems, and document processing to automate complex workflows in healthcare authorization and case management.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in backend development, with at least 1 year working directly with AI/LLM systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python (backend development, FastAPI/Flask or similar).
• Solid experience with TypeScript and Remix framework.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Azure OpenAI) and prompt engineering.
• Practical knowledge of RAG systems (vector databases, embeddings, retrieval strategies).
• Understanding of AI agent frameworks and patterns.
• Proficiency with MongoDB for data modeling and queries.
